Our recently overhauled franchisee training program is designed to help you achieve a fast start to reach your financial goals sooner. Led by our Franchise Liaison Team—who have decades of sales and business development experience themselves—the ARCpoint Labs franchise training program provides comprehensive initial training, as well as ongoing support to ensure you’re able to lead as a diagnostic testing expert in your local community.

Eight-step onboarding process

Our franchisee support program starts even before you sign a Franchise Agreement with ARCpoint Labs!

Through an eight-step process, you’ll learn everything you need to know about ARCpoint Labs and what it takes to be a successful lab service franchise owner. Our career coaches are with you through every step of this process to ensure you truly understand that this is the right opportunity for you.

Initial 12-month training program

After you sign your Franchise Agreement, you’ll begin our systematic 12-month program designed for optimal franchisee training and support.

Beginning with day one, you’ll speak to our Franchise Liaison Team weekly and work to complete tasks to start your ARCpoint Labs journey off on the right foot. We’ll provide you with hours of virtual training, certifications and a week-long training at our corporate office to ensure you understand every aspect of our business. In addition, new franchisees participate in 42 hours of business development specific coaching from experts who truly care and are committed to your success!

Onboard Strategy

Our franchisees can begin earning revenue almost immediately, even before their brick-and-mortar lab location is operational, by leveraging services like drug testing through our partnership network. From there, our team will support you as you learn and build up the various aspects of your business, gradually adding new testing services along the way while working through sales development training and dashboarding to track success. This aligns your business’s revenue potential to your abilities.

Ideally within one to four months of beginning your training program, your brick-and-mortar location should be open and ready for even more revenue streams. At the end of year one, you will be trained and prepared to offer all the services ARCpoint has available!

Ongoing support

With your business underway, you can expect even more ongoing support in the form of updated resources pertaining to industry changes, monthly webinars and the annual ARCpoint Labs Conference that allows you to learn from other franchise owners from across the country and build on your mutual successes.
