Our franchisee training program is designed to help you achieve a fast start to reach your financial goals sooner. Led by our team – who has decades of sales and business development experience themselves – the ARCpoint Labs franchise training program provides comprehensive initial training, as well as ongoing support to ensure you’re able to lead as an expert in your local community.
ARCpoint Learning Standard: FIR Model
After diving into the journey of becoming an ARCpoint Labs Owner, you have much to learn!! Through our FIR Model – Foundation, Immersion, Reinforcement – new franchisees participate in week-long training approx. 30-45 days prior to opening their new lab.
We lay the foundation for your ARCpoint knowledge & skills by providing online training modules to complete prior to attending in-person training week. In these courses you will learn the Basics of the ARCpoint Way, Business Development, Marketing basics, Toxicology collections, and much more.
During New Owner Training Week (Monday-Friday), we build on your existing knowledge by immersing you in important content via PowerPoint presentations, hands-on activities, group discussion, and role play. Led by experienced members of our Corporate team, you’ll get to experience training with a pledge class of peers who are in the same place as you – a BRAND NEW ARCpointLabs Owner!
After attending the new owner training and approx. 15-30 days before opening your new lab, you will be assigned a location to shadow. You will spend a day-and-a-half at a host lab taking a deep dive into the ins and outs of business ownership and administration, receiving 1:1 coaching and education from a successful ARCpoint Labs peer.
On the final of new owner training, we will introduce you to our Sandler Sales program live and in-person. It is catered specifically to ARCpoint and will require an 8-week commitment beginning on the Friday of New Owner Training Week and following for one hour over the next eight weeks.
With your business underway, you can expect even more ongoing support in the form of updated resources pertaining to industry changes, weekly newsletter, monthly owner update calls, educational webinars and the annual ARCpoint Labs Conference that allows you to learn from other franchise owners from across the country and build on your mutual successes.
