Step 1Goals, Overview and Your Decision Criteria
After reaching out to our franchise development team, you’ll start off by exploring your own personal and professional needs and how those fit alongside the ARCpoint Labs franchise model. At this stage, you will consider the timeline, selection criteria and investment range for the business.
Step 2Brand Review
Through a brand presentation and conversations with our Development Directors, you will dive into the vision, objectives and value propositions of ARCpoint Labs, getting a clear picture of our business and culture. Additionally, you’ll learn the profile and habits of a successful ARCpoint Labs franchisee.
Step 3Complete Request for Consideration
With a foundational understanding of our business, the next step is to fill out a confidential, non-binding “Request for Consideration” document. This demonstrates that you are serious about exploring our franchise growth opportunity.
Step 4Funding Process and Territory Analysis
After you request consideration, a member of our Franchise Liaison Team will help you understand and navigate the funding process for an ARCpoint Labs franchise. We will also review the territory selection process and provide you with a custom territory analysis to ensure you’re able to capture an underserved portion of your local market.
Step 5Business Review of Franchise Disclosure Document
Our Franchise Disclosure Document provides comprehensive information about our business. You will be required to review this information outlay to fully understand every aspect of ARCpoint Labs and our mutual obligations.
Step 6Attend Discovery Day
Our monthly Discovery Day events provide a small group of prospective franchisees a hands-on tour at our headquarters’ local lab. Here, you will have the opportunity to meet the executive team, ask questions and be immersed in our culture and the many ways you can accomplish your goals through small business ownership with ARCpoint Labs. We will discuss training, operations, site selection, marketing and advertising, sales strategies and more.
Step 7Final Candidate Consideration
At this point in the process, we will provide our final feedback and/or candidate approval. You will continue to work with your Development Director on any outstanding items. If awarded a territory, we expect candidates to make a final decision within one week of their Discovery Day visit.
Step 8Sign Franchise Agreement
Congratulations! You are now a proud member of the ARCpoint Labs family! After signing the Franchise Agreement, you will begin the new franchisee onboarding process and training program, establishing the groundwork for a successful franchise launch.
