Christy has a background in administrative support in law firms and has transitioned to supporting franchise development teams in the last several years, where she finds joy in watching entrepreneurs walk the path to business ownership without having to reinvent the wheel. 

Raised in the world of franchising, the understanding and knowledge base runs deep in the Mirando family. With a degree from Alabama University in Marketing and Information Sciences, Haigen has added to his informal education throughout his years at ARCpoint Franchise Group. Haigen has been working in an operational capacity building programs that better serve our franchisees. He has partnered with our owners to develop inbound lead generation strategies leveraging our system-wide CRM and has grown into a major contributor of our franchise development team. You’ll get to know Haigen in your initial introduction to the ARCpoint Labs brand where he will be able to share with you our vision and what it takes to be a successful franchisee.

Hasty is a seasoned professional, with over 8 years of hands-on progressive experience in business operations, reliably delivering on her clients’ vision and effectively producing desired outcomes through strong communication and leadership skills. Connecting and helping her clients through their journey is a true passion.

Hasty has a Degree in Psychology from York University. She lives in Toronto, ON with her family of three. She loves spending time outdoors, staying active and spending time with family and friends.

I’m Ricardo Belilla, a fully bilingual sales representative with almost 20
years of experience and always up for new challenges. With my extensive experience selling various products, I have developed numerous techniques that have allowed me to evolve into the salesman I am today.
I take pride in presenting myself and the company I work for professionally. In 2016 I started my first Franchise Development role and loved the process. Ever since then, I have been hooked on franchise sales. I am married to my high school sweetheart Milagros AKA Mila, and my best friend. We have four beautiful children together with a 21-year-old son Ricky, an 18-year- old daughter Yessenia, a 13-year-old daughter Monica, and a 4-year-old daughter Amanda. I’m very excited to be part of the ARCpoint family and look forward to working with you all and getting to know you all personally.15

Shane has 16 years of franchising experience. He has owned his own franchise location, been a master franchise area operator, and had extensive experience being a multi-unit operator in San Diego. He has been intimately involved in the sales, business development, and operations support of 6 different franchise concepts across the USA and Canada. During that time, he traveled extensively across the USA, opening in 50 new locations country-wide, acquiring valuable experience and insight during those early days of supporting new franchisees on their journey to success.
