Founder and Chairman
Mr. Mirando is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of ARCpoint Labs Franchise Group, a Franchisor of ARCpoint Labs and Applya Occupational Strategies, a National Third Party Administrator. In addition, he is a Founding member of ScriptsIT, a medical compliance software. Mr. Mirando has helped launch a number of businesses, including Occupational Drug Screening, a drug, alcohol and clinical wellness clinic; Fitness Solutions, Inc., a fitness equipment company; Coastal Carolina Beverage, a distribution company; and Blakely Enterprises, Inc., a franchisee of Heavenly Ham stores.
Chief Executive Officer
John Constantine has served as the Chief Executive Officer of ARCpoint Franchise Group since November 2018. From February 2017 until November 2018, he served as the Chief Operating Officer for AFG. John has also been the Principal and Owner of John A. Constantine Consulting since February 2016. He has led organizational growth as the Vice President of Marketing for Bioconfirm Laboratories in Atlanta, Georgia from January 2016 through June 2016 and as Vice President of Strategy and of other various Vice President positions at Cordant Health Solutions in Denver, Colorado from June 2013 through January 2016. Before that, Mr. Constantine was a Vice President of Sales at TriAuto Advertising in Indianapolis, Indiana from May 2012 to June 2013 and National Director of Sales at AIT Laboratories in Indianapolis, Indiana from June 2004 through May 2012.

Chief Operating Officer
Darin Hicks joined ACRpoint Franchise Group in April 2020 where he serves as the Chief Operating Officer. He previously served as the Chief Operating Officer with City Wide Franchise where he managed the day to day operations, drove execution, and led the company to a top 200 franchise brand ranking.
Darin is a graduate of the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He continued his studies at the University of Utah and earned a Masters of Business Administration. His experience in business strategy, sales, operations, marketing, finance, and accounting give him a unique and versatile set of business skills. He has executive, management, and consulting experience in various industries including franchising, print, automotive, retail, AV automation, and media. He has developed a solid basis in business practices and a versatile view of business opportunities. He has gained a unique perspective in small business and entrepreneurship and has been considered a trusted business partner and contributor in all his ventures. Darin has enjoyed the opportunity to teach several college level courses including marketing, management, operations, accounting, and math. He values education and finds fulfillment in assisting others in their academic pursuits.
Darin has had the opportunity to serve in the United States Marine Corps, local elected/appointed governmental offices, various religious/community volunteer positions, and coaching youth athletics. He and his family have participated in a variety of activities including sports, performing arts, travel, outdoor activities, and community service. Darin and his wife, Wendy, have four children.
Director of Strategic Initiatives
Being a small business owner herself, Jamie is a natural when working with candidates who are considering owning their own business. In her own business Jamie enjoys the ability to achieve, scale and control her own destiny. Although her background is vast, since 2003 she’s grown her own book of business through dedication to clients, processes and personal development. Through the years she’s been able to build a multi-million dollar book of business from scratch.
She is a seasoned veteran when it comes to business development and understands what makes a successful ARCpoint Labs owner. With a career built-in sales and developing people and teams, she has strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to help. She loves to build strong relationships and helping people realize their own potential.
Jamie graduated with a business degree from Butler University. Several of the companies she has worked for have been part of the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing list. She thrives in a fast-paced environment and one that is growing and changing.
Jamie lives in Indianapolis with her family. She stays busy with her two kids and all their activities. She loves to travel and spend time at the beach.
Franchise Development Director
Kiou Amini’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Minor in Business Management. He has managed and owned restaurants, retail units and Area Franchise licenses in the past. He has a specialty in Franchise Development for the past 20 years. He is very focused on assisting all his candidates to reach their full potential.
Franchise Development Director
Raised in the world of franchising, the understanding and knowledge base runs deep in the Mirando family. With a degree from Alabama University in Marketing and Information Sciences, Haigen has added to his informal education throughout his years at ARCpoint Franchise Group. Haigen has been working in an operational capacity building programs that better serve our franchisees. He has partnered with our owners to develop inbound lead generation strategies leveraging our system-wide CRM and has grown into a major contributor of our franchise development team. You’ll get to know Haigen in your initial introduction to the ARCpoint Labs brand where he will be able to share with you our vision and what it takes to be a successful franchisee.
Franchise Sales Director
Caroline Rhode is a Franchise Sales Director for ARCpoint Labs. She joined ARCpoint from Driven Brands where she spent three years starting in the Resales Department selling previously existing Meineke Franchises. Caroline helped guide prospects from the information stages all the way through the opening stage. She was then promoted to a Franchise Sales Director where she continued guiding clients, but helped shaped the map of how the brand would grow. Caroline joined Driven from You’ve Got Maids, an early life cycle brand where she served as a Franchise Sales Support Manager. Prior to that, Caroline was an Account Executive for the Charleston City Paper. She started her career in the Compliance Department of Harbor National Bank. Caroline received her bachelor’s from the University of South Carolina.
Franchise Development Coordinator
Ashley is a seasoned professional being in the franchise industry in some capacity over the past 15 years. Her career has been spent building relationships with her clients and helping them achieve their goals whether that be financial or personal. Watching her client’s dreams become reality is a true passion.
Ashley has a degree in Communications from The University of South Carolina. She has worked for a few top 500 recognized franchises over the last decade. During this time, she has learned the ins and outs of being a franchisee and working for a franchise corporate office. She enjoys using her experience to help others.
Ashley lives in Simpsonville, South Carolina with her family of three, or six if you count the fur-babies. She loves spending time outdoors, staying active and traveling.
