Leadership Team

Mr. Mirando is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of ARCpoint Labs Franchise Group, a Franchisor of ARCpoint Labs and Applya Occupational Strategies, a National Third Party Administrator. In addition, he is a Founding member of ScriptsIT, a medical compliance software. Mr. Mirando has helped launch a number of businesses, including Occupational Drug Screening, a drug, alcohol and clinical wellness clinic; Fitness Solutions, Inc., a fitness equipment company; Coastal Carolina Beverage, a distribution company; and Blakely Enterprises, Inc., a franchisee of Heavenly Ham stores.

John Constantine joined ARCpoint Labs in 2017, serving as Chief Operating Officer of ARCpoint Franchise Group fromFebruary 2017 until November 2018. He transitioned to Chief Executive Officer in 2018. John has also been the Principal and Owner of John A. Constantine Consulting since February 2016. He has led organizational growth as the Vice President of Marketing for Bioconfirm Laboratories in Atlanta, Georgia from January 2016 through June 2016 and as Vice President of Strategy and of other various Vice President positions at Cordant Health Solutions in Denver, Colorado from June 2013 through January 2016. Before that, Mr. Constantine was a Vice President of Sales at TriAuto Advertising in Indianapolis, Indiana from May 2012 to June 2013 and National Director of Sales at AIT Laboratories in Indianapolis, Indiana from June 2004 through May 2012.

Personally, he is passionate about serving with two special programs in Rwanda, Dream Medical Center and Love Avocado (a job creation agricultural initiative). You can learn more and connect with Mr. Constantine at www.johnaconstantine.com.

Chris Hansen is a seasoned IT professional and has been in the Information Technology field since 2006. He has a strong background in enterprise network management, data security, infrastructure, software development, and customer service. Chirs brings his experience to the table to serve our franchise system with excellence. He holds a Masters’s degree in Leadership and has strengths in strategic planning and culture development. Chris also has an extensive background as an Information Technology consultant, working with organizations and executive teams across the globe, helping them make wise and strategic decisions with their technology roadmap. His experience across multiple industries as a consultant gives him a unique perspective as he develops and guides the technology strategy for ARCpoint Franchise Group

Dr. Harris joined ARCpoint Labs in January 2023 as Chief Medical Officer. His professional background includes many years experience in the healthcare oversight and management space, including a national convenient care company and a behavioral health company. He is also a business owner personally, giving him deeper perspective of the challenges and rewards of operating a health-focused entity. Dr. Harris earned his Doctor of Medicine from LSU.

Jamie Welch has served as our Vice President of Strategy since May 2023. Previously, she served as our Director of Strategic Initiatives from October 2020 to May 2023 was AFG’s Vice President of Franchise Development from December 2019 to October 2020. Before coming to the team full time, she was a consultant to ARCpoint to bring to market a tool relatively close to what we have in Total Reporting today. Jamie’s background is in business development and focus was on business-to-business sales making her role in leading employer solutions a natural fit.  Jamie’s consultative approach and being an entrepreneur herself helps her coach and relate to our franchisees.

Anna VanHoose holds an undergrad and masters degree in nutrition and dietetics and worked in the healthcare space for seven years before making the jump over to ARCpoint in 2020. Starting out as a Clinical Support Specialist and then holding the Onboarding Project Manager position, Anna has a passion for partnering with franchisees to navigate the complexities of growing their career. Currently, as Director of Operations & Administration, Anna prioritizes the focus of the team to ensure all processes and support are in place for franchisees to effectively and successfully operate their business.

Kisty Lee is an experienced Marketing Operations Manager at ARCpoint Labs, excelling in strategic planning, process improvement, and operations management. With a background in administration, management, healthcare, and graphic design, Kisty is a confident leader known for her meticulous organization and resourcefulness. Her previous experience includes NuMedia Marketing as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager. Kisty is dedicated to fostering collaboration and achieving results as part of the ARCpoint Labs team.
