Leadership Team

Kelly Crompvoets is currently serving as the President at ARCpoint Labs and the Chief Marketing Officer of CRESSO Brands. She originally joined ANY LAB TEST NOW in October 2021 as the Vice President of Marketing and was later promoted to CMO of CRESSO Brands, the parent company of both ARCpoint Labs and ANY LAB TEST NOW.

Kelly brings more than 20 years of experience in the franchising industry, with a proven track record of leadership in marketing, operations, and franchise relations. Prior to joining ANY LAB TEST NOW®, she served franchise owners at Home Franchise Concepts, LLC (HFC)—the parent company of seven home service brands, including Budget Blinds, LLC. At HFC, she held several senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Marketing, Vice President of Franchise Relations, and Vice President of Operations – Budget Blinds.

Kelly combines deep franchise business expertise with a strong passion for marketing and communications to drive franchisee success in local markets. At HFC, she played a key role in the growth of several franchise brands, helping establish HFC as one of the largest home service franchisors in the United States. Earlier in her career, she also held positions at FranWise, a franchise operations consulting firm, and Money Mailer, LLC, a direct mail company, where she served as Director of Internal Communications.

Mr. Mirando is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of ARCpoint Labs Franchise Group, a Franchisor of ARCpoint Labs and Applya Occupational Strategies, a National Third Party Administrator. In addition, he is a Founding member of ScriptsIT, a medical compliance software. Mr. Mirando has helped launch a number of businesses, including Occupational Drug Screening, a drug, alcohol and clinical wellness clinic; Fitness Solutions, Inc., a fitness equipment company; Coastal Carolina Beverage, a distribution company; and Blakely Enterprises, Inc., a franchisee of Heavenly Ham stores.

Kisty Lee is an experienced Director of Marketing Operations at ARCpoint Labs, excelling in strategic planning, process improvement, and operations management. With a background in administration, management, healthcare, and graphic design, Kisty is a confident leader known for her meticulous organization and resourcefulness. Her previous experience includes NuMedia Marketing as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager. Kisty is dedicated to fostering collaboration and achieving results as part of the ARCpoint Labs team.

Crissy McDowell is an experienced operations and administrative leader with more than 20 years of professional experience supporting complex organizations and leadership teams. Her background includes roles in operations, human resources, training, and executive support, most recently serving as Director of Administration for ARCpoint Franchise Group where she oversees corporate operations, franchise training, and internal communications. Earlier in her career, she spent five years with Compaq and Hewlett-Packard in the Logistics and Transportation department working with contracts and legal documentation. Crissy is known for her strong organizational skills, strategic mindset, and ability to streamline processes that support both teams and business growth.
