Raised in the world of franchising, the understanding and knowledge base runs deep in the Mirando family. With a degree from Alabama University in Marketing and Information Sciences, Haigen has added to his informal education throughout his years at ARCpoint Franchise Group. Haigen has been working in an operational capacity building programs that better serve our franchisees. He has partnered with our owners to develop inbound lead generation strategies leveraging our system-wide CRM and has grown into a major contributor of our franchise development team.
