Meet the
Franchise Development Team

Sean Hart has been the Vice President of Franchise Development at Any Lab Test Now since January 2025, bringing extensive experience in driving franchise growth and building scalable systems. Before joining the company, he served as the Vice President of Development for Always Best Care Senior Services from March 2022 to December 2024 and as the Vice President of Franchise Development for AFC Franchising from 2018 to March 2022. Sean’s notable accomplishments include record-breaking franchise sales growth, significant expansion and market penetration, enhanced conversion rates and lead management, and the implementation of innovative initiatives and strategic partnerships. His leadership has fostered franchise growth, enabling businesses to achieve unprecedented development and operational success.

Raised in the world of franchising, the understanding and knowledge base runs deep in the Mirando family. With a degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama, Haigen has added to his informal education throughout his years at ARCpoint Franchise Group. In 2017, Haigen began working in Operations where he assisted with opening new franchise locations. In 2019, he transitioned to Franchise Development in a Director role. In that role he has partnered with ARCpoint leadership to develop inbound lead generation strategies leveraging our system-wide CRM and has grown into a major contributor of the Franchise Development team. You’ll get to know Haigen in your initial introduction to the ARCpoint Labs brand where he will share with you our vision and what it takes to be a successful franchisee.

Lynn joined Any Lab Test Now In 2021, on the Business Development team. In 2024 transitioned to the role of Franchise Development Director. In this position, Lynn guides new candidates through the Discovery Process, assisting them from initial interest to signing their Franchise Agreement. Now under the parent company Cresso Brands, Lynn works alongside Haigen Mirando to continue to grow both brands that reside under the parent company.
