Title: Owner
Brands: ARCpoint Labs and Any Lab Test Now
Units: 3 (with a fourth opening in September 2026)
Years in franchising: 7

Why did you choose to franchise with a service brand?
We’ve always been drawn to work where we can help someone solve a problem, not just sell them something. Both ARCpoint Labs and Any Lab Test Now are built on the foundation of providing solutions. Employers come to ARCpoint Labs because hiring and compliance are genuinely hard to manage alone, and people come to Any Lab Test Now because they want answers about their health without jumping through hoops. In owning both, we’re able to serve two different types of customers in the same community, which was the appeal.

How did you choose the sector and brand you did?
Before my move into the diagnostic space, I worked in occupational health, and my husband was an operations manager and terminal manager for 10 years. We saw the need for both large and small companies to have a partner they could depend on to guide them through compliance and help build protocols for their companies, and the decision to invest in ARCpoint Labs was a no-brainer.

We chose the Any Lab Test Now brand because of my experience and knowledge in the diagnostic space. Along with my husband’s background in healthcare operations, it was the perfect fit for us. Any Lab Test Now allows our customers to find answers to their healthcare questions through diagnostic testing. ARCpoint Labs and Any Lab Test Now, when paired together, offer a full range of services from the employer to the employee.

What different skill sets are required for franchising with a service brand?
We rely heavily on a great customer experience and repeat customers. In our business, it’s important to be customer-centric, enjoy helping people, and find solutions to their healthcare needs. A strong background in customer service and putting the customer first is a priority. Being able to provide a high level of service requires an experienced and knowledgeable team. Our local leadership brings years of relevant experience, knowledge, and continued training to the brand, which allows us to provide an excellent partnership with our customers.

What are the advantages of choosing a service brand?
For us, the advantage of choosing a service brand is the opportunity to help people by providing a service they need that they might not be able to get somewhere else or at the level we can provide. There’s a sense of reward in helping people find a solution to their needs, and a service brand allows us to do that with exceptional service. We’re based in Jacksonville, so having a local presence in the community allows our customers to know us, have our contact information, and have 24/7 access to our leadership team.
