ARCpoint Labs Sign First Dual-Business Owners

ARCpoint Labs has proudly signed the Chary family in San Antonio, Texas, a historic event in the company’s history marking the first dual-ownership agreement with Any Lab Test Now owners adding ARCpoint Labs ownership to their business portfolio.

Dr. Sesha Chary, his wife Sujata, their son Ashwin, and his wife Khyati all live in San Antonio and operate six Any Lab Test Now locations throughout the market. Each family member holds a different role within their current business, a model they plan to replicate at ARCpoint Labs. The Charys intend to become multi-territory/multi-unit owners with both brands and plan to buy 2-3 more undeveloped territories in the San Antonio market. They are beginning their ARCpoint ownership journey with the purchase of an existing lab/territory.

Dr. Sesha Chary has run a pharmacy for the past three decades. He will assist with accounting and day-to-day operations within the ARCpoint Labs business.

Sujata Chary comes from an IT background. She will be involved with day-to-day operations, marketing, IT, and other responsibilities alongside her husband.

Ashwin Chary recently graduated from ASU with a master’s degree in science and is currently getting his MBA at Texas A&M. He will spearhead sales and development and focus heavily on building B2B relationships.

Khyati has a BS in Molecular Biology from UT Dallas and has experience working in account management in the biotechnology space. She is currently pursuing an MS in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University and will bring her expertise to the ARCpoint business as well.
